IPC/International Publishing Company; Media is one of the United kingdom’s leading consumer magazine and digital publishers. IPC has a large portfolio, selling over 350 million copies each year.

Connect; Target audience is women, is a magazine like Now and Look magazine.

Inspire; About Leisure and Specialist.

Ignite; Target audience is men, its about men’s lifestyle an entertainment.

Southbank; Target audience is women, its about women’s lifestyle and entertainment.

IPC Company own NME and Guitar and Bass.

Bauer Media Group is a large German publishing company. The company owns music magazines which are; Q, MOJO and KERRANG.

Emap is the second largest magazine publisher in the UK. In 2007 the company announced a strategic review, and sold off in December. The business was sold to Guardian Media Group and a private equity firm Apax. The new company is called incisive-Emap.
